Some of our Key Challenges:

HOME PAGE
When starting our initial research we found that there was a high bounce rate on users entering through the home page. Because of that we wanted to take the opportunity to better tell a better brand story as well as better educate the user on Kate's products
• They had over 5,000 5-star reviews so we leveraged that in a block. We created the ability to filter by concern and directly shop the reviewed item.
• We utilized Kate's own words to create a personal connection to the user and also help better illustrate her mission
• We wanted to help kate create more passive income, so we created a block discussing the simplicity of subscribe and save.




CATEGORY PAGE
The biggest issue was helping users find the stone that would work best for them.
• We created product cards that defined both scent and use case as well as visual filters that allow users to filter by concern.
• We also built the functionality to users to both add to card and create a subscription directly from the PLP
PRODUCT PAGE
We wanted to create a very guided product selection experience so that the user did not walk away with questions. This is also where we wanted to give users a transparent view into the making of the product and convert them with sustainability and pure ingredients
• We walk the user through the different product + subscription options, making sure to highlight the benefit of each along the way
• We created a block talking about the why quality and pureness of ingredients matter
• We even list every ingredient in each bar so that the user knows exactly what is going on their skin
