Their hompage needed a refresh to appear more luxury for their demographic. We also wanted to prompt the user into a discovery journey.
• We designed the page to have more of a 'look book catalog' feel and inspire the user to keep discovering
• We suggested that they better advertise their stylist service. Its a free service that based on our user research, dramatically increases the number of items a user purchases. Therefore more exposure to the program = more sales
• We suggested they create curated edits and collections for their users to explore and shop.

we wanted to reduce the noise of their category page and let their product images tell the story.
• We designed very simple product cards that speak for themsleves
• Based on user sessions we noticed the majority of users were opting to scroll continuously rather than use filters so we decided to design those as a drawer instead.
• We again highlighted the stylist service for those shoppers who come in directly to a collection page
PRODUCT PAGE
For the PDP we wanted to keep it simple but also try to cross sell as much as possible.
• We added a shop the look feature which allows the user to quickly see and shop all articles of the outfit and add to cart.
• We suggested other items that pair well with the item they are currently viewing
• We also suggested other products the user might like based on this selection
• Since their audience was polled to be very concerned with size and fit, we created detailed sizing notes and guides
