BN3TH came to us with an amazing product but they were having trouble selling it because of a combination of price point and lack of eduction. So they asked us to help them justify their price and better coach their users through the buying process.

CATEGORY PAGE
This was the main entry point for the site, so we really needed a good balance of customer education and shopping.
• We created visual filters at the top to guide users through the experience and help them best select the underwear that best suited their needs
• On the product card we defined a few key differentiators such as fabric, activity level, and fit.
• After watching user sessions, we noted that the left rail filters were heavily utilized so we kept those open and ready as well as added some filters for the top features users told us they were looking for.



PRODUCT PAGE
Each underwear series is made with a different fabric for a different set of activities, so we wanted to ensure the user was educated thoroughly on the product page about this particular underwears' use case and benefits.
• We created a gallery for the images that also houses a short video of a model in the clothes to give the user a better idea of range of motion and fit
• We called out the key features of this series in the product details with associated icons
• We created a sustainability section that educated users on the material and also referred them other BN3TH products made in the same fabric so that their shopping journey could continue
• We included video testimonials from athelets actors & influencers discussing the quality and craftsmanship of their products
